We take great responsibility in the educational instruction that we provide. Our instructors are highly qualified and are led by owner and firearms instructor David Maglio. David has obtained 20+ certifications in firearms training and continually enrolls in ongoing training opportunities to best serve all course attendees. We take range safety seriously and do everything we can to ensure a safe, resourceful and fun range experience for all who visit us.
LOCATED AT THE HIGHLANDS - CASCADE, WI
The Highlands Sportsman’s Club is located in Southwest Sheboygan County, in the Kettle Moraine of Wisconsin. The Highlands is a 660 plus acre private hunting club and is the premier hunting location of the midwest. Members primarily hunt pheasants when the weather cools in late fall. In mid-spring, once hunting stops, the Ranges at the Highlands open up. From May 1 until October 15, the ranges are open seven days a week for Range Members to use by appointment.

Hello, I am David Maglio. I have been on the journey since 1975, quickly approaching my 5th decade of being a “Student of the Gun” with experience in Military, Law Enforcement, and Competition.

Bob has a simple, direct, and open approach to training/teaching, which encourages discussion and is open to varying ideas and philosophies. He specializes in Firearm Instruction and PPE Training.

Angie Haendel is an associate professor and clinic director of the Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic at Concordia University Wisconsin. She brings a unique educational background to firearms training.

SOLU ESTATE
SoLu Estate is a working winery and meadery. The grounds are home to 14 different varietals that are used in the wines produced here. In addition to wine-making, SoLu Estate is one of Wisconsin’s few working meaderies. The meadery uses honey collected from the estate’s own beehives. Enjoy Flatbread pizzas, charcuterie platters, and other food items are available in the market. In the summer, enjoy the food truck, Red’s, and the Wine Fire Food outdoor cooking arena both offer a delicious menu that changes weekly.
