Corporate Team Building
GROUP SIZE: 3-10 RUNNING TIME: 3-4 Hours (can be customized)

This exciting event gives companies a different source of entertaining clients, rather than golf or baseball games. For groups up to 10, we guide your clients through professional firearms training in approximately a 3-4 hour block. Everything is included for the shooter, eye protection, active hearing protection, all firearms, all ammunition, use of the range, targets, Instructor, and a Safety Officer.
We provide a safe, exciting, fun, productive environment for your clients to learn not only firearms safety but how to actually fire several weapon platforms effectively.
We start with Glock 19, 9mm, semi-automatic pistols. A detailed format is explained and demonstrated with non-firing blue plastic pistols identical to the one that will be fired. Grip, Stance, Sights, and Firing multiple rounds are covered. A friendly competition ends with firing at multiple targets on an electronic timer. Someone will be named Top Gun!
The next weapon platform is the AR-15, semi-automatic rifle. An explanation of how the firearm works as well as how to effectively shoot this fun light weight firearm.
We move back to the scoped precision rifles. The weapon is shot in the prone position, on shooting mats. We would as a team with a shooter and a spotter viewing the target through a 60 power spotting scope. Once the shooter is finished, we switch positions and the spotter then shoots. It is a fun and rewarding experience working with someone at distances of 300 yards.
We then move to the .50 caliber semi-automatic rifle. Shooting this weapon platform is nothing less than exhilarating! The recoil is less than a 12 gauge hunting shotgun but the percussion from the round fired makes everyone believe it is much more. The bullet weights 1/10 of a pound and leaves the barrel about 2950 feet per second. When the bullet strikes the 68 pound steel target, it moves like a piece of tin foil in the wind. The shooters get to keep the empty .50 BMG brass cartridges which is a great memento which becomes an ongoing conversation piece for the the future.
Past Corporate Team Building Events have split attendees into two group and included additional itinerary such as, Sporting Clays through the The Highlands Sportsman’s Club as well as lunch on the property. Group One starts on The Range and Group Two starts on the Sporting Clays course. After lunch the groups switch to widen the experience. At the end of the day, everyone meets at SoLu Estate Winery to relax and enjoy live music, libations, and talk about their day.

BACHELORETTE and BACHELOR PARTIES

We are able to plan out non-conventional Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, in a safe, fun and rewarding atmosphere. We provide the range, the targets, the firearms, the ammunition, the eye and ear protection and the instruction on how to safely use each firearm effectively. We shoot at cardboard and steel targets.

SOLU ESTATE
SoLu Estate is a working winery and meadery. The grounds are home to 14 different varietals that are used in the wines produced here. In addition to wine-making, SoLu Estate is one of Wisconsin’s few working meaderies. The meadery uses honey collected from the estate’s own beehives. Enjoy Flatbread pizzas, charcuterie platters, and other food items are available in the market. In the summer, enjoy the food truck, Red’s, and the Wine Fire Food outdoor cooking arena both offer a delicious menu that changes weekly.
