Long Range Precision Rifle Course

$1,559.00

This class is based on long range engagement skills for hunters, competition shooters, and tactical enthusiasts. Allowing for a wide array of calibers and rifle sizes and profiles. This course is designed to help you either learn how to master your chosen platform, or develop your skills with a variety of platforms. This is a 5 day course consisting of 3 days of classroom and two days on the range. The two days on the range will be one day of known distance shooting and up to 1,000 yards and day two will consist of an unknown distance shoot, out to 800 yards.

During the classes, we will learn everything you need to know in order to achieve first round hits at long range with electronics such as Kestrel or by doing it by simple number gathering if a Kestrel is not in your budget, or you wish to learn how to not be reliant on electronics. We will learn how to gauge wind, identify vapor trail, how to true your Ballistic Coefficient, create accurate quick dope charts, understand metallurgical makeup of projectiles and how they are suited to different applications, and much much more.
